Nuclear weapons were mentioned as harmful by several students. Nuclear power was mentioned less this year than any year I can remember. Are you surprised? Do people forget the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear power plant failure in Japan just six months ago?
I think that Nuclear power was mentioned less this year, even though there was a earthquake, tsunami and nuclear power failure because there are less power plants then before. I think that people are getting rid of them one by one

I am a little bit surprised but as students I think that we think about nuclear weapons a lot more than we think about nuclear power because we think that it is more interesting as do other people

Nuclear power plants are like a gigantic nuclear bomb just waiting to go off. To make matters even worse, they are usually located near a population of people. Now not only do we have a nuclear wasteland if the power plant goes off, but also a large amount of innocent casualties which will become a national emergency. If they do have nuclear energy, make sure they are far away enough from human population and more safety proceeders.

I think it might have been because nuclear power energy wasn't mentioned in class, so nobody was thinking of it...
